Lomantise Black Handkerchief Hem Midi Skirt

Last one available, final sale. Stretchy jet black below-the-knee length skirt with a beautiful sway to it, that swishes when you walk thanks to its irregular flared hem. Unlined, with double-layered tummy-flattering ruched/gathered waist area with a narrow hidden elastic along the top so it won't slip down. Fabric has a slight sheen to it, and is completely opaque. Roughly corresponds to a US 8-10. 95% polyester 5% spandex. Tag says XL, hand wash recommended; however manufacturer's website claims it is machine washable: cold, gentle cycle, hang dry. Measured flat, unstretched (add approx. 2"-3" for stretched size).
