Postal Service Disruption
Domestic & International Affected
Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) announced strike action for Sep. 26, 2025.
UPDATE OCT. 10, 2025: Parcels are now being processed via rotating strike, but although service has resumed, service will be intermittent. Therefore we have enabled only Lettermail within Canada and basic Small Packet services for overseas customers. Delays by an additional 2-4 days should be anticipated. Carriers such as Purolator and UPS are still available as alternatives, see below.
Alternates Available: UPS & PUROLATOR
UPS is available globally, with Purolator offered for Canadian addresses and US "lower 48" addresses only. Regrettably, delivery to very remote areas and PO boxes is not available by either carrier; you may wish to use an alternate address or use postal services.
You may see the option "Standard Delivery" in the checkout; this means that at our discretion, we will pick the best method depending on which carriers/services are available to your area for that rate, but may not be specifically available in our checkout (e.g. DHL, FedEx, etc).
Updates
We will continue to update this page as soon as new information becomes available. Official updates from Canada Post available here. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
