A fabulous garter style stretch bracelet made of layered ruffles of scalloped black lace and sheer black organza attached to a black elastic core. The centre is embellished with a black satin ribbon bow with a black satin rose, flanked by two more black satin roses. No clasp, very stretchy, one size fits most. Hand-wash in cold water recommended. Can also be used as a pontytail elastic! Dimensions: 1 1/2" (3.5cm) wide, max. stretch approx. 9" (22.5cm)
