A large teardrop shaped pad of glossy black rooster hackle feathers creates a dramatic base for a peacock eye feather and a beautful 1920's Art Deco style antiqued silver ornament embellished with a small emerald green acrylic rhinestone and a fabulous iridescent green genuine paua shell oval cabochon. Includes a 1 3/4 inch (45mm) long silvertone alligator style clip on the back, and a black acrylic hairband with strips of hook-and-loop tape attached so you can wear it as a hairband instead.
