A truly head-turning fluted style white satin covered miniature top hat with a black satin ribbon hatband, black silky scroll braid around the brim and crown, and white polyester lining inside. Garnished with a large white satin rose, white faux pearls, black pearl sprays, and a flourish of black ostrich plumes and white marabou. A skirt of black tulle netting is long enough to cover the face (can be tucked partially up inside the hat), and a 3/8 inch (10mm) wide white elastic allows the hat to stay on. A small acrylic hair comb can be attached underneath at the front (prongs pointing backward) or the back (prongs pointing forward) if desired. Stands approx. 4 inches (10cm) high, ships with a clear plastic storage box.
