A plush black velour-covered permafelt top hat reminiscent of Victorian riding attire. Embellished with 5 black silk roses at the front, a soft black sheer dotted rayon band (very long at the back - can be trimmed upon request), a wide black scalloped lace hatband, a flourish of black ostrich plumes and black marabou feathers at the side, and a black silk rose and black marabou feather at the back. Best fits heads measuring between 22 3/4 inches to 23 1/4 inches (depends how angled you wear it). You can add some hat foam for a tigher fit, sold in the Hats category.
