An elegant fluted style black satin covered miniature top hat trimmed with silky green scroll braid, sheer black organza fabric flowers, shimmery green gossamer ribbon tied in a bow at the back (can be trimmed shorter upon request), a fabulous peacock "eye" plume at the front, and black polyester lining inside. A 3/8 inch (10mm) wide black elastic allows the hat to stay on, and a small acrylic hair comb is attached underneath at the back (prongs pointing forward). Stands approx. 4 inches (10cm) high, ships with a clear plastic storage box.
