A large fabulously detailed cream on black resin cameo of a grinning one-eyed pirate skull, clad with a tricorn hat and sword, and edged with tiny scrolls and skulls. Mounted in an ornate antiqued pewter filigree and dangling ivory coloured glass faux pearls trimmed with antiqued silver caps, and accented with a tiny black glass seed bead.
