An elegant all-black fluted style satin covered miniature top hat with a satin ribbon hatband, silky scroll braid around the brim, and black polyester lining inside. Garnished on one side with a large silk rose with rhinestone accents, and a flourish of ostrich plumes and hackle feathers. A swag of black tulle netting long enough to cover the entire face drapes across the front (can be tucked up fully or partially inside the hat), and a 3/8 inch (10mm) wide black elastic allows the hat to stay on. A small acrylic hair comb can be attached underneath at the front (prongs pointing backward) or the back (prongs pointing forward) if desired. Stands approx. 4 inches (10cm) high, ships with a clear plastic storage box.
