Your Stuff!
Customers - you are welcome to send a picture of yourself wearing an Art of Adornment piece
to contact(at)artofadornment.ca for consideration to be added to our gallery. Make sure photos are
well-lit, minimum 450 pixels high, and that the pieces are
in focus and clearly visible. Be sure to include your name
(or nickname), your website (if you have one), and the photographer's
name (and website, if one). There is no guarantee your photo
will be used, but we will try to include as many as we can.
Photos may be edited (cropped, lightened/darkened, etc.) for better web presentation.
Make
sure you have the photographer's permission and the permission
of anyone in the photo with you before you submit your picture.
By submitting your photo you unconditionally agree to grant
us permission to display it on our website, as well as on
any other promotional materials both online and off, royalty-free.
Professional Model Search
Are you a professional photographer, model, make-up artist, hair stylist, clothing designer or filmmaker working in the Vancouver BC area? We are currently seeking talented men and women with an "alternative" edge who would like to include our handcrafted products in their visual projects.
Since we are a VERY small company, terms will usually be TFP (trade for prints). Photographers will be required to sign a release form granting us commercial use, however they would still retain full copyright and the ability to use the
images however and wherever they please. We would also add your images (and full credit) to our galleries here, on MySpace, Flickr, FaceBook, DeviantArt and others in an effort to further
promote your work. You have the option of borrowing accessories for your shoot (intimates like hosiery and gloves excluded), or purchasing them at a discount. For more information send

After completing a photo shoot for both some of Art of Adornment's
one-of-a-kind accessories (earrings, necklace, and flapper
hairband) and a limited edition 1920's style dress by Kambriel,
the photographer (Atratus)
ran the photos from the shoot together in an animation just
